Holiday dinner vegetable salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups raw broccoli
  • 1 head raw cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, cut up
  • 3 tablespoons raw onion, cut up
  • 3 tablespoons pimiento
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the dressing together.
  2. Combine all the salad ingredients, pour dressing over and toss well.
