Holiday Cranberry Mold is great any time of the year.
- 2, 3 ounce packages strawberry gelatin
- 3 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 carton heavy cream, whipped
- Stir gelatin into 1 cup boiling juice. Add remaining juice and chill until partially set. Beat in mayonnaise and fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 5 cup mold and refrigerate overnight.
