Holiday Cottage Cheese Salad has a creamy texture and is flavored with strawberry gelatin and pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 pound carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Stir gelatin into cottage cheese. Add pineapple and Cool Whip; mix well. Chill before serving.
