- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Place the orange marmalade, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and ginger into a small bowl and mix well to blend. Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
