Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans new potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free margarine

Directions

  1. Add the potatoes to a saucepan and cook, Drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
