- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon fat-free margarine, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Cut the tomato into slices and arrange in a shallow bake pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
- Bake at at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or until the crumbs are browned.
