Low-fat basil seasoned tomato slice side dish.


  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free margarine, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil


  1. Cut the tomato into slices and arrange in a shallow bake pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  2. Bake at at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or until the crumbs are browned.
