Simple lemon herb chicken breasts.
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
- All purpose flour
- 1 package Lipton Golden Herb with Lemon Mix, mixed with 1 cup water
- Dip the chicken breasts in the egg and coat with the flour. Brown in the oil over medium heat. Mix in the soup mix and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
