Add the crunch of bacon to the traditonal egg salad sandwich.
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1 hard cooked egg, peeled and chopped
- 1 slice bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Combine everything but the bread and mix well. Spread onto one slice of the bread and top with the other.
