This daiquiri cocktail, also known as Papa Dobles, was created by famed Cuban bartender Constantino Ribalagua for none other than the legendary Ernest Hemingway.

Ingredients

Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 grapefruit
2 ounces light rum
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
Cracked ice

Directions

Place a cocktail glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice, and then shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
