This daiquiri cocktail, also known as Papa Dobles, was created by famed Cuban bartender Constantino Ribalagua for none other than the legendary Ernest Hemingway.
Ingredients
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 grapefruit
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
- Cracked ice
Directions
- Place a cocktail glass into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice, and then shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
