Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) bag cold water washed spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup fat-free red wine vinegar dressing
Directions
- Toss the first three ingredients. Pour the dressing over and toss again.
