Easy to make Meatball Stroganoff has all the classic flavor of the traditional stroganoff.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 slice white bread, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cooked wide noodles
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Shape into balls. Brown meatballs on all sides in skillet. Pour off drippings.
- Add soup and 1/3 cup water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
