Easy to make Meatball Stroganoff has all the classic flavor of the traditional stroganoff.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice white bread, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups cooked wide noodles

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Shape into balls. Brown meatballs on all sides in skillet. Pour off drippings.
  2. Add soup and 1/3 cup water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
