Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 3 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking barley
- 3 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 2 teaspoons beef seasoning
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 7-8 hours.
