Healthy Quesadillas

Simple, low-fat ham and cheese quesadillas.


  • 4 fat-free flour tortillas
  • 4 teaspoons prepared honey mustard
  • 1 cup fat-free cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices 98% fat-free ham


  1. Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and add a ham slice to each. Fold in half.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tortillas at a time and heat for about 1 minute a side. Serve with salsa.

I'm glad they worked out, Mary! I aylaws feel like you need the cheese to make them stick together but I'm glad to hear that's not the case. This really is one of those kitchen sink meals that can work with whatever you've got handy. Thanks for reading SPC!!
