Simple, low-fat ham and cheese quesadillas.
- 4 fat-free flour tortillas
- 4 teaspoons prepared honey mustard
- 1 cup fat-free cheese, shredded
- 4 slices 98% fat-free ham
- Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and add a ham slice to each. Fold in half.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tortillas at a time and heat for about 1 minute a side. Serve with salsa.
