Peaches are a sweet and tasty food for baby. They are also a naturally great laxative if baby is constipated.

Ingredients

  • Ripe peaches

Directions

  1. Peel, pit and dice the peaches.
  2. Steam until tender.
  3. Use a blender or food processor to puree, using retained cooking liquid as needed.
  4. Freeze immediately in covered trays or keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
