Broccoli, and cauliflower, are an easy to make homemade baby food. Be watchful for gas in young infants though!
- 1 bunch fresh or frozen broccoli
- Wash fresh broccoli and chop into small pieces.
- Steam until tender.
- Use a blender or food processor to puree, using retained cooking liquid as needed.
- Freeze immediately in covered trays or keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
