Another great first food for baby, bananas! Also simple to make and baby loves the sweet taste.


  • 1 ripe, uncooked banana


  1. Peel, dice and then mash using a fork. A blender or food processor may be used if desired.
  2. Use breastmilk or formula to thin if needed.
  3. Freeze immediately in covered trays or keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
