Great first food for baby, no extra tools needed. Just scoop, mash and serve!

Ingredients

  • Un-cooked avocado

Directions

  1. Slice in half and remove the pit. Scoop the meat out and mash with a fork.
  2. To thicken, mix with cereal. To thin, mix with breastmilk or formula.
  3. Freeze immediately in covered trays or keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
