Hawaiian Turkey with Rice is a great way to use up leftover turkey.    This turkey redo will have your family dancing the hula!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
  • 16 ounces of cooked turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups rice, cooked

Directions

  1. Saute pineapple in butter; stir in flour with a fork and add remaining ingredients except for rice.
  2. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over hot rice.
