Pineapple and pork chop dinner.


  • 4 loin pork chops
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 slices canned pineapple, reserve 1/3 cup juice


  1. Dredge the pork chops in the flour. Brown in the oil. Place a pineapple ring on top of each chop and pour the pineapple juice over. Cover and heat slowly.
  2. To serve, place the chops with pineapple rings on top on a platter and pour the remaining cooking juice over.
