Pineapple and pork chop dinner.
- 4 loin pork chops
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 slices canned pineapple, reserve 1/3 cup juice
- Dredge the pork chops in the flour. Brown in the oil. Place a pineapple ring on top of each chop and pour the pineapple juice over. Cover and heat slowly.
- To serve, place the chops with pineapple rings on top on a platter and pour the remaining cooking juice over.
