Drizzle Hawaiian Custard Sauce over orange sections and pineapple slices.
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Stir in milk, mixing well. Cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
- Beat eggs and orange rind in small bowl. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into eggs. Add eggs to hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve cooled.
