Drizzle Hawaiian Custard Sauce over orange sections and pineapple slices.


  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Stir in milk, mixing well. Cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Beat eggs and orange rind in small bowl. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into eggs. Add eggs to hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve cooled.
