A pleasantly green pineapple blended cocktail.


  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 ounce melon liqueur
  • 3 ounces white tequila
  • 1/2 teaspoon green creme de menthe


  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, filling three-quarters full. Add everything, cover and shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice or serve up in a chilled martini glass.
