A tasty tropical flavored pork tenderloin dinner, wonderful over rice.
- 1 (2 pound) lean pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Season the pork with salt and pepper. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a skillet. Cover and allow to simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
