- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13-inch dish.
- Mix everything together and spread in the prepared pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
