Most Harissa paste contains a spice mix of cumin, coriander, red chili, caraway seeds and garlic which translates into amazing flavor for your favorite beef or poultry.


  • 1/2 cup harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 medium garlic cloves, minced


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a non-reactive bowl and whisk vigorously until thoroughly blended. Rub the marinade all over the protein of your choice, cover and then place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to marinate.
