- 1/2 cup harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 medium garlic cloves, minced
- Place all of the ingredients into a non-reactive bowl and whisk vigorously until thoroughly blended. Rub the marinade all over the protein of your choice, cover and then place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to marinate.
