Ham and crumb stuffed mushroom appetizers.
- 1 pound (half dollar size) mushrooms
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 slices ham lunch meat, chopped
- Remove the stem and insides of the mushrooms. Chop the stems and combine with the bread crumbs, margarine, and ham.
- Stuff the mixture into the mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
