Ham salad with sweet pickles.
Ingredients
- 4 cups ham, cooked
- 3 eggs, boiled
- 1/4 cup sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon carrots, grated
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Chop the ham into small cubes. Mix together with the eggs, celery, pickles and carrots. Add salt and pepper.
- Fold in the mayonnaise and mustard. Top with lemon juice and serve over salad.
