Low fat sliced ham with a currant wine sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean cooked sliced ham
- 1 cup currant jelly
- 1 cup red cooking wine
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Mix together the jelly, wine and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to boil until it forms a thick sauce.
- Serve over the sliced ham.
