Guilt-free apple crisp

Crisps are great substitutes for apple pies, which, let’s face it, can be somewhat boring. Plus, this recipe is fat free!


  • 6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Place peeled and sliced apples in the baking dish, spread out.
  3. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, honey and ground cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake 30-35 minutes.
