Guacamole Salad can be kept fresh looking and from turning brown if the avocado pit is buried in the middle of the dip.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green chilies, chopped
- 2/3 cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons taco sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1-1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- crisp shredded lettuce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or crisp shredded lettuce.
