All the flavors of the traditional dish, Ground Beef Stroganoff is easy to make and delicious over hot, buttered noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1, 8 ounce container sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 large can mushrooms
- hot buttered noodles
Directions
- Brown ground beef in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, and simmer 15 minutes. Blend in sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
