Hearty beef, cabbage and potato dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt
Directions
- Brown the beef with the onion, drain. Return to the skillet and mix in the potatos, cabbage, celery and water. Season with the salt.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
