The flavorful combination of dry vermouth and sherry is given a tasty and aromatic touch with the addition of peach bitters and fresh mint.

  • 1 dash peach bitters
  • 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
  • 2/3 ounce sherry
  • 1 mint sprig to garnish


  1. Put a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Place all of the ingredients, except for the mint sprig, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish the drink with the mint sprig and then serve immediately.
