The flavorful combination of dry vermouth and sherry is given a tasty and aromatic touch with the addition of peach bitters and fresh mint.

- 1 dash peach bitters
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 2/3 ounce sherry
- 1 mint sprig to garnish
- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the mint sprig, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the mint sprig and then serve immediately.
