Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brewed green tea, room temperature
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- Crush ice in blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
