Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea, room temperature
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Crush ice in blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
