Rice with green onion, green pepper and celery.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup green onions, minced
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup green pepper, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup rice
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon curry pepper
Directions
- Cook the onions in the olive oil until soft, but do not brown.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
