Rice with green onion, green pepper and celery.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup green onions, minced
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, minced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the onions in the olive oil until soft, but do not brown.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
