A perfect St. Patrick's Day party punch.
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (1 quart) orange juice
- 1 (1 quart) pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoons almond extract
- 2-3 drops green food coloring
- 1 (1 liter) ginger ale, chilled
- Stir the gelatin in one cup of boiling water to dissolve. Combine everything but the ginger ale in a gallon bottle and chill. Add the ginger ale when ready to serve.
