This is great with shrimp when you want a change from the normal cocktail sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 3 flat anchovy fillets or 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Puree all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth and light green.
