Egg, cheese and green chilies for a low-fat poofy appetizer treat.
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can green chilies, diced
- 2 cups Healthy Choice non-fat pizza cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) container Egg Beaters (equals 2 eggs)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Arrange the green chilies in the bottom of a casserole. Sprinkle the cheese and onions over top. Pour the eggs over. Garnish with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
