Slow cooked potato, roast and chile stew.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 pounds lean pork roast, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 cup minced onion
  • 1 (7 oune) can chopped green chile
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • water

Directions

  1. In the slow cooker, layer the ingredients in this order: potatoes, pork, salt and pepper, onion, green chile and garlic. Pour in only enough water to cover the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
