Green Chili Casserole is zesty and creamy.
- 1, 4 ounce can green chiles, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1, 8 ounce package Colby cheese, shredded
- 10 corn tortillas, cut into wedges
- sour cream as a garnish, if desired
- Mix soup with chiles. Layer tortillas and 1/2 of the cheese in a greased casserole. Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
