  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Sea salt


  1. Steam the green beans until just about tender; remove from heat and drain; transfer to a serving dish.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan; bring to a boil and cook until the butter begins to brown; quickly remove from the stove and pour over the beans.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
