Green bean, baby corn and green onion low fat salad.


  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 (7 ounce) can pickled baby ears of corn, undrained
  • Juice from corn
  • 4 green onions, sliced


  1. Boil the beans in salted water for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse and allow to cool,
  2. Combine with the remaining ingredients and toss. Refrigerate.
