Green bean, baby corn and green onion low fat salad.
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 (7 ounce) can pickled baby ears of corn, undrained
- Juice from corn
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Boil the beans in salted water for 5-6 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain, rinse and allow to cool,
- Combine with the remaining ingredients and toss. Refrigerate.
