This cool and creamy dressing has the unmistakable ‘bite’ of flavor from the addition of tahini. If possible, make your own batch of homemade hummus to use as the base.


  • 1/2 cup hummus (homemade preferred)
  • 3/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Put the hummus, yogurt and a few pinches of salt and pepper into a bowl. Vigorously stir the mixture until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately.
