This marinade works well with all types of protein, but is exceptionally tasty when used with lamb and brushed over fish.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix together with a whisk to blend.
- Marinate meats at least 8 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
