Greek-Style Marinade

This marinade works well with all types of protein, but is exceptionally tasty when used with lamb and brushed over fish.


  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and mix together with a whisk to blend.
  2. Marinate meats at least 8 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
