Greek-Style Lamb and Orzo is a traditional ground lamb dish that you can serve any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (16 ounces)
- 1 stalk of celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup orzo
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Plain Yogurt
Directions
- Brown ground lamb in a skillet.
- Stir in next 6 ingredients.
- Stir and simmer until orzo is tender (10-12 minutes)
- Serve with yogurt
