Slow cooked Greek Pasta dinner
Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 (6 ounce) jar pitted Greek olives, drained
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 6 cups hot cooked pasta
Directions
- Place the beef in the slow cooker. Top with onions, olives and tomatoes. Pour the sauce on top. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with the pasta.
