The word “kerasi” means cherry in Greek; enjoy this sweet cherry cocktail made with fresh cherry puree.


  • 2 ounces peach vodka
  • 1 ounce cherry puree (just blend fresh pitted cherries)
  • 1/2 ounce peach liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine, like Cava
  • Cherry, to garnish


  1. Place the vodka, cherry puree, peach liqueur, cherry brandy and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and then strain into a champagne flute. Top the mixture with the sparkling wine, garnish with a cherry and serve.
