Slow cooked beef short ribs with a tasty beef gravy. Delicious with mashed potatoes!
Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
- 1 (1 ounce) package beef gravy mix
Directions
- Add the short ribs to a greased slow cooker. Sprinkle the onion and pepper over.
- Mix together the gravy and gravy mix and pour into the slow cooker.
- Cook covered for 9-11 hours on low.
