Honey and lime seasoned round steak dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pound round steak

Directions

  1. Mix together the first six ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the steak and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grill to desired doneness and slice thinly on the diagonal.
