Luscious Grasshopper Pie combines the classic flavors of mint and chocolate.
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons margarine
- 30 chocolate wafers, crushed
- 30 large marshmallows
- 6 ounces milk
- 5 tablespoons green creme de menthe
- 2 1/2 tablespoons white creme de cacao
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
- Melt margarine and stir into crushed wafers for crust; press into 9 inch pie plate. Reserve 1 tablespoon to sprinkle on top.
- Melt marshmallows in milk; cool. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill.
