Luscious Grasshopper Pie combines the classic flavors of mint and chocolate.

Ingredients

5 tablespoons margarine
30 chocolate wafers, crushed
30 large marshmallows
6 ounces milk
5 tablespoons green creme de menthe
2 1/2 tablespoons white creme de cacao
1 cup whipped cream

Directions

Melt margarine and stir into crushed wafers for crust; press into 9 inch pie plate. Reserve 1 tablespoon to sprinkle on top.
Melt marshmallows in milk; cool. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipped cream and pour into pie shell. Chill.
