Grasshopper Eggnog is a nonalcoholic blend of chocolate and mint.
- 1/2 square Hershey's baking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
- 1 egg
- mint extract
- Combine chocolate, sugar and 2 tablespoons water in top of double boiler. Cook over simmering water until chocolate melts. Add malted milk powder and egg. Beat until light and frothy. Pour over crushed ice in glass; fill with milk. Add a drop of mint extract. Stir briskly before serving.
